Full-Time or Part-Time | Onsite
Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Hernando Counties, Florida
Compensation: $600–$2,000 per day

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Dentists to join our clinical team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy performing extractions, value patient-centered care, and are looking for an environment that allows them to concentrate on clinical dentistry.
As a member of our team, you will provide extraction-focused treatment while working alongside experienced support staff in a fast-paced and highly efficient practice setting.
Responsibilities
Perform simple and surgical extraction procedures
Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment recommendations
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care throughout the patient experience
Educate patients regarding treatment options and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Foster a positive and professional environment for patients and team members
Qualifications
Active Florida Dental License required
Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
Experience performing simple and surgical extractions preferred
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Excellent communication and patient relationship abilities
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
Schedule Options
