Compensation: $200,000 base + percentage of collections
Typical Total Compensation: $250,000–$350,000+

Comprehensive general dentistry

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Active or eligible Iowa dental license
Comfortable with restorative dentistry and extractions
Interest in implants and advanced procedures
Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
