Location: Rancho Dental
Compensation: $250,000–$400,000 annually
About the Opportunity
Rancho Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our established, fee-for-service practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values patient relationships, and is looking for a long-term practice to call home.
Our practice has served the community for many years and offers a strong patient base, advanced technology, and an experienced clinical support team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care from day one.
Practice Highlights
100% Fee-for-Service practice
Over $4 million in annual production
More than 4,000 active patients
20 hygiene days per week
Nine fully equipped operatories
Advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and OverJet
Collaborative, patient-centered team environment
Continuing education support and mentorship opportunities
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health
Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license
Minimum of three years of general dentistry experience (five or more years preferred)
Excellent communication and case presentation skills
Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
Preferred Experience
Cosmetic dentistry
Invisalign
Dental sleep medicine
Endodontics
