Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice, for both full time and part time positions. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years working experience, and will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients. This role requires a strong foundation in dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges and dentures and all restorative procedures.
Maintain accurate dental records and document patient treatments in charts.
Utilize dental imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficient knowledge of dental records management and dental terminology.
Strong understanding of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a private/PPO dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail with excellent patient communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and ensure their comfort during treatments.
