On-site lab: Our in-house facility allows for immediate collaboration and superior aesthetic control over cosmetic cases with full denture fabrication and repair options.
What we are looking for
We seek a clinician who views dentistry as an art form, with a background in:
Comprehensive Dentistry: A "whole-health" approach with a focus on long-term outcomes.
Cosmetic excellence: Proficiency in smile design, veneers, and advanced aesthetic restorations.
Patient connection: A warm chairside manner that honors our multi-generational patient base. [1]

W2 position with competitive pay and future partnership potential for the right fit.
Production-based pay with a guaranteed floor.
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
Active Michigan dental license.
Proven track record in cosmetic and comprehensive cases, However, I would be willing to entertain the RIGHT candidate and mentor if a motivated new dentist was interested.
