Join Our Patient-Focused Dental family in Chesterfield, MO!

Are you a dedicated and passionate dentist who puts patient care and quality first? Our small family practice in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking a compassionate part-time dentist to join our team two (2) days per week (Mondays and Fridays). Our office is committed to delivering the ultimate patient experience through exceptional care and innovative technology so we are looking for a Dentist with similar dental goals.

About us:

We focus on building trust, comfort, and lasting relationships with every patient by blending personalized care with the latest dental technology, we provide top-tier, quality-driven dental services.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, Invisalign and emergency care.

We provide care to patients of all ages, but most of the practice consists of patients over the age of 30.

Our daily schedule typically includes 8-12 patients in the doctor's schedule (depending on doctor’s preferences), in addition to approximately 10 hygiene exams at most, per day.

Schedule:

2 days per week (Monday & Friday)
Potential for full-time in 2027

Requirements

General Dentistry license in the state of Missouri

Patient-focused dentist dedicated to building lasting relationships with patients

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, modern dental care

Delivers exceptional general dentistry

Customer service and interpersonal relations to effectively build trust with patients and team members

Pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor

Excellent Oral and written communication

Detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment

Our dedicated team includes:

One Lead Dentist (experienced)

One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator

One FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)

One FT Dental Assistant

One PT Dental Assistant
