General Dentist wanted to join our FQHC family dental clinic. We provide general dentistry services for adults and children. Currently, United Community Health Center has two dental clinics and two mobile dental units used to treat childern at the schools in our area.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited dental school.

Clinically fluent in Spanish helpful.

Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred.

Refined communication skills preferred.

Excellent ability to educate, explain, and calm pediatric patients.

A strong desire to work with children.

Ability to work well within a team.

Quality focused
Enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated personalities desired.

Licensure/Certification:
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Arizona
Current CPR (BLS) certification
DEA registration
Ability to be credentialed with AHCCCS
Valid Arizona driver’s license
