Collaborate closely with a seasoned office manager, hygienists, assistants, and an administrative team who are committed to patient care and practice growth
Support current patient demand while contributing new ideas to practice expansion and efficiency
Opportunity to help shape and grow the practice’s future specialty offerings
Practice Overview:
Location: Northern Virginia
Average production: $2.2 million
Number of Operatories: 15 (with room to build out additional operatories)
Insurance: PPO/FFS
Established Patient Base
Position Details:
Annual Earning Potential: $200,000.00-$300,000.00
Schedule: 4 days per week (No weekends)
Ownership/Partnership Opportunity
Benefits package including Medical, Dental, and 401(k)
Paid Time Off (PTO) and reimbursement for CE/licensure
Candidate Profile:
Experience Required: 3–5 years of experience
