What You'll Do

Provide Exceptional Patient Care

Provide a full range of preventive and restorative dental services within the scope of general dentistry.

Evaluate patients through appropriate dental history, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Develop and present appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical priorities.

Deliver high-quality dental care in a professional, ethical, and compassionate manner.

Maintain complete, timely, and accurate patient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Provide clinical guidance and support to assigned dental team members, as appropriate.

Support Quality & Excellence

Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives.

Collaborate in developing and implementing dental quality standards, policies, and best practices.

Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional patient care.

Engage with Our Communities

Assist in developing community-based oral health programs as needs and opportunities arise.

Participate in training opportunities, conferences, and meetings as assigned.

Support TBCHS initiatives and additional responsibilities as directed by the Dental Director or Chief Executive Officer.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide supervision and guidance to interns, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.

Current and appropriate licensure and certifications as required by the State of Michigan Board of Dentistry, Board of Pharmacy, and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

BLS certification required at time of hire.

A patient-centered approach and commitment to compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Position Information

Physical Demands: Medium

Travel: Travel may be required between TBCHS locations and for conferences, meetings, or training opportunities.
