Job Description
**Job Summary:**
At McCoy Institute of Health, we are committed to assessing the oral health of veterans and providing exceptional care overall. We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in General Dentistry, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent bedside judgment. This person will be able to work with little supervision and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Our mission is to assist VA in helping Veterans and transitioning service members receive the benefits they have earned. Our specially trained providers will conduct exams to assess whether a Veteran’s condition is service connected or whether a service-connected condition has worsened. The exams include basic diagnostic tests to evaluate the condition(s), with no treatment.
**Requirements:**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Experience working in a dental clinic setting
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
