Job Title: Dentist
(Also known as: General Dentist, Associate Dentist, DDS, Family Dentist, Dental Provider)

2. Position Overview
Seeking a Full-time Dentist to join our team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Provide comprehensive dental care for adult and pediatric patients in a high-volume clinical setting.
3. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency dental procedures.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans.
Complete fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and endodontic procedures.
Interpret X-rays and prescribe medications as needed.
Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists.
Educate patients on preventive oral health.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with quality standards.
4. Requirements
Active Ohio Dental License required.
DDS from an accredited dental school.
5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
Comfortable treating approximately 14 patients per day.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
5. Education
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
6. Certifications
Current Ohio Dental License.
CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
7. Preferred Qualifications
GPR or AEGD training preferred.
Experience with Dentrix (Epic experience acceptable; training provided).
Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.
Experience in a high-volume community health setting.
