The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health status.
Perform a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to enhance patient care efficiency.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
4-6 years of clinical experience.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry, in good standing.
Familiarity with dental office operations and experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
