Dentist – New North Cape Coral Location

Blue Sea Dental seeks an experienced, pleasant, compassionate dentist with great clinical skills and an excellent chair side manner to join our new practice in North Cape Coral starting September 2026. The ideal candidate will be open-minded to new ideas and willing to learn new approaches. We offer a flexible schedule and a fun, professional working environment with an experienced team. Our experienced full-time dentist make anywhere from $300,000 to $650,000 yearly depending on number of days worked.

We offer a family-like, supportive work environment that is designed to help you excel. This includes ensuring you will have plenty of new patients. We have established systems for managing the operational and administrative functions of the practice so our dentists can focus on providing exceptional patient care.

At a Blue Sea Dental practice, you will be supported by a team of talented, dedicated dental support professionals. You will receive consistent, dedicated mentoring and have opportunities to develop as a dentist and a leader. If you are a more experienced dentist, you will have the opportunity to mentor younger dentists. Partnership and investment opportunity also available.

Position Requirements:
Must have a FL Dentist’s license
Must have at least 3 years practice experience
