Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dentist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care and improving patients’ oral health. Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of dental conditions, including dental implants, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery.
Conduct dental procedures such as extractions, restorations, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and care.
Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws.
Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions in a friendly and professional manner.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice dentistry with current certification in anesthesiology preferred.
Proven experience in general dentistry with additional expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, or prosthodontics highly desirable.
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical imaging techniques.
Ability to perform dental extractions, implants, root canal therapy, orthodontic procedures and other complex treatments confidently.
Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations.
Experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
