Job Description
Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator
We are looking for a dependable, positive, and organized individual to become an important part of our team.
Responsibilities include:
+Answering the phones and providing exceptional customer service
+Scheduling patient appointments
+Assisting patients with questions about treatment and insurance
+Verifying insurance benefits
+Helping create a welcoming experience for every patient
+Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes initiative, stays organized, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required for the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Position Details:
+32-34 hours per week
+Private dental practice
+Opportunity to grow and learn new skills
