Overview

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and technology.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Administer anesthesia, perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, and other dental treatments with precision and care.
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for record keeping, scheduling, and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA regulations.
Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing professional development and training.
Skills
Proven experience working in a dental office environment with proficiency in Dentrix or similar practice management software.
Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is preferred.
Skilled in the use of CAD technology for designing restorations or prosthetics.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members.
Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
