Dentist
Do you have a passion to serve your community? Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental services for those with limited access to care. We believe everyone deserves a healthy smile.

We are seeking a Colorado-licensed Dentist (part-time) who is team-oriented and committed to excellent patient care. In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population in a busy public health clinic that prioritizes whole-person care and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $90,000 annually based on .5 FTE (DOQ)
$5,000 sign on bonus available

Schedule & Environment
20 hours per week, Monday- Friday (Exempt)
Primarily office-based with occasional meaningful community engagement
Travel to satellite or community partners locations, as needed.

Education and Experience
Required:
Graduation from an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree.

Unrestricted license from the State of Colorado in dentistry is required.

Willingness to obtain and/or maintain current CPR certification.

Desired:
Strong interest in preventive care.

Experience in public health dental care delivery.

Experience working in or managing a dental clinic serving diverse populations.

Experience working with Medicaid/CHP+.

Completion of a 12-month General Practice Residency in a hospital setting.

Experience with an electronic dental record system, i.e., Dentrix is desired; however, training is provided.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired; however, not required. Support and translating tools are provided.

Key Responsibilities
Provide quality dental care to residents of northern Larimer County.

Provide clinical directions to assigned dental assistants.

Participate in the achievement of the Health District’s Strategic Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and other plans and policies.

Infection Prevention
Must comply with infection prevention policies for this position. Requirements include providing documentation of MMR, Varicella, Tdap and Hep B (Hep B is optional but strongly recommended) immunizations and compliance with tuberculosis training, screening, and testing on hire.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
