Pediatric Dentist / General Dentist with Pediatric Experience
Full-Time Associate - Exceptional Mentorship & Pay!
Location: Smyrna, Delaware (15 minutes to Dover, DE) Hiring Organization: Dentist Headhunter (Recruiting for a Private, Mission-Driven Practice)

ABOUT THE PRACTICE: Modern, Child-Centered, and Inclusive
Join a stable, high-tech, 14-operatory office designed to reduce anxiety and create positive experiences for children up to age 21.
Technology: Equipped with Digital X-rays, Intraoral Cameras, and a Trios Scanner. We are a mostly paperless office (Eaglesoft).
Patients: Serve a diverse base (80% Medicaid, 15% PPO, 5% Cash), ensuring meaningful community impact and consistent patient flow.
Team: Supported by experienced assistants, hygienists, and dedicated administrative staff.
ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pediatric care (exams, restorations, preventive services, extractions).
Use behavior management techniques to ensure a comfortable visit for young patients and their families.
Communicate clearly with children and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
Active Delaware Dental License (or immediate ability to obtain).
Strong interest and comfort level working exclusively with the pediatric population (infants through adolescents).
