Pay: Competitive guaranteed annual compensation + additional earning opportunities
About Us: Access Dental, Dentures & Implants is a growing dental organization looking for an experienced, motivated Dentist to join our team in a PRN capacity.
We are based in Springfield, Missouri, with eight locations throughout the region:
Springfield West
Springfield East
Rolla
Osage Beach
Mountain Grove
Ozark
Carthage
Bolivar
Our purpose is to provide access to quality, affordable dental care throughout the communities we serve. Our practices operate with a patient-centered approach while providing our doctors and teams with a professional, supportive environment.
A Different Kind of PRN Opportunity: This isn't the typical PRN dental position.
We are looking for a Dentist who values flexibility but also wants the stability and predictability that can be difficult to find in traditional PRN work.
This position offers guaranteed annual compensation, paid monthly, along with the opportunity to earn increased compensation based on the number of days worked.
You'll have the flexibility of a PRN schedule without relying solely on whether shifts happen to become available each month.
Our normal clinical hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Mon-Thurs, with no weekends and no major holidays.
