Job Description
We are a private practice general dentist office looking for a general dentist to work full-time in Riverside, California.
Compensation: $750/day base or 30% of collections, whichever is higher (current associate who graduated in 2017 makes $900/day due to collections and base, and our second associate who graduated 2015 makes around $1000/day). We are looking to add a third. Note: base does not go away (even after >6 months). The total production for the office ranges from 80K-100K/monthly.

A genuinely kind hearted, patient-first, ethical doctor who is open to eventually moving to a Managing Dentist role after our current Managing Dentist retires in May 2027.

Our patients are extremely comfortable in our office and extremely welcoming to all doctors. Our patients are extremely easy-going and have been loyal to our practice (great recall system in place) for over 20 years.
Office: 4 operatories
Patient Flow: 20 patients a day (between both doctors, each doctor sees about 10-12 patients total per day)
Procedures Done: All aspects of general dentistry (Referred out: 3rd molar extractions, molar RCTs, pediatric patients, and implants - only do what you are comfortable doing)
Insurances: Medi-Cal, PPOs, Union Plans, Cash (no HMOs)
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 9-6
One Sat a Month: 8-1
