Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canal therapy with precision and care.
Conduct oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and other surgical interventions following aseptic techniques.
Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessment and medical/dental history review.
Utilize dental imaging technology to diagnose conditions accurately and develop effective treatment plans.
Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to deliver efficient patient care.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions using clear dental terminology.
Skills
Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and record keeping.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control protocols, and dental fabrication techniques.
Experience in pediatric dentistry and pediatrics-specific treatment approaches.
Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialized procedures.
Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately and apply aseptic techniques consistently.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassionate communication and building trust.
