Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients 6 years of age and older, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics with precision and care
Conduct oral assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Carry out complex procedures such as dental extractions
Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results to inform treatment decisions
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to uphold a safe clinical environment
Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient care efficiency
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions using clear dental terminology
Experience
Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with a strong foundation in general dentistry practices
Familiarity with dental management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Softdent or Dentrix is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health is essential
Hands-on experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technology is preferred
Strong understanding of infection control standards, anatomy knowledge, and aseptic techniques necessary for safe practice
