Dentist Temporary (Initially) Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays

We are a small, private, PPO/Cash only practice looking for a temporary dentist, at least initially, for at least 4 months while one of our associates is on leave. We are looking to fill Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Depending on how long our current dentist will be on leave, and whether they will return full time, this position may be longer, with some days possibly becoming permanent.

Must have a dedication to providing excellent patient care, and performing quality dental work, as we started our practice from scratch 15 years ago and have built it up entirely from word of mouth with zero advertising. We do not perform unnecessary work, or try to upsell patients on treatments. Our goal is honest, quality dentistry.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience, and be a self-starter, as there will be no manager to tell you how to practice or set production goals. We have 3 operatories, and on any given day, will have 1 hygienist, 2-3 assistants, and 1-2 front office assistants. The entire team is essential to our success, so a good candidate is one that treats every team member with respect.

You will be paid 30% of collections up to $3000, 35% from $3000-$4000, and 40% above $4000. There is no deduction for lab fees. You will receive a minimum of $600 daily for a full day. We have Simple IRA retirement plan, with a 3% match.
