We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team in the sports/tournament capital of Canada - sunny outdoor Kamloops, BC! In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and a positive patient experience. Duties
Perform thorough dental examinations using advanced tools and technology.
Diagnose dental conditions utilizing medical terminology knowledge to develop effective treatment plans.
Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and pediatrics-focused procedures.
Utilize practice management software - Cleardent
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care.
Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, sterilization procedures, and regulatory standards while providing high-quality dental services.
Experience
Proven experience working in a busy dental office environment with a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
Freshgrads welcome - willing to guide. Experience is valued.
Experience working with all ages.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry ensures clear communication within the healthcare team.
Prior experience in handling diverse cases involving complex treatments or special needs patients will be advantageous.
