Dentist Headhunter is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join an established and thriving family dental practice in Wilmington DE.
DENTIST MUST ALREADY BE LICENSED IN DELAWARE
We’re looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care, values collaboration, and is driven to grow both clinically and professionally. The ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident chairside manner, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Practice
Serving the community for 30+ years
Doctors: 3* | Hygienists: 8*
7 total chairs
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
Insurance mix: 80% PPO / 20% FFS
Technology: Fully digital, including iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT
Specialty Services: Practice also incorporates holistic dentistry
New Patients: 20–30 per month
Compensation & Benefits for Full-Time Providers
Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections
Clear and defined growth and bonus structure
Generous CE allowance
Comprehensive benefits, including:
Medical and dental allowance
401(k) eligibility
Malpractice insurance provided
Qualifications & Skills
Highly proficient in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients independently
GPR or AEGD completion preferred

Strong attention to detail and professional integrity
