Dentrix Dental Office Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time dental receptionist to join our busy practice. No evenings, or weekends! Our office has a caring team​, appreciating patients, and high standards of office morale.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly.

Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records using Dentrix software.

Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, including collecting payments and providing necessary forms.

Coordinate appointment scheduling with dentists and hygienists to optimize daily workflow.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and office correspondence.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents, and managing office supplies.

Requirements
Prior experience working as a dental receptionist is prioritized
Proficiency with Dentrix dental practice management software is a must.

Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care enhances communication with staff and patients.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing electronic medical records.

Strong communication skills for handling front desk operations and multi-line phone systems effectively.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and friendliness.

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
