Denture Clinic Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time position, suitable for applicants who can commit 5 hours per day (11am - 4pm), twice a week (total 10 hours), on a long-term basis.

Duties
Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the office.

Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.

Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and confidentially.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Some lab duty assistance may be required on an as-needed basis.

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills
Computer skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with Domx is a plus.

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting preferred.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.

Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
