Please note that at our clinic we have a 4 day work week. Each day is a little longer so you still get full hours but have one work day off each week!

St. Petersburg Dermatology is looking to hire an outstanding front desk team member to join our family. We are a state of the art practice located near downtown St. Petersburg in a beautiful office. We are modern, efficient, and as paperless as possible. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care, excellent customer service, and caring for our employees. We are a small private practice free of the red tape, inefficiency, and bureaucracy of bigger companies. Requirements include:
Front desk experience in a medical office is highly preferred.
Only applicants who live locally (Tampa Bay) will be considered and candidates who live closer to us will be given preference.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answering the phone
Scheduling patients in our PM system
Checking in and checking out patients
Collecting and recording payments
Maintaining the front of the office
Friendly interaction with the patients
We are looking for someone who is not only a smart, excellent receptionist, but fits our culture. Candidates who fit our culture are:
