Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour (Based on Experience and Overall Fit)

We are seeking a Director of First Impressions/ Patient Experience Coordinator who understands that exceptional hospitality is more than answering phones—it's creating an experience that patients remember.

At least 2 years of dental experience and Dentrix experience required.

What You'll Do
Patient Experience & Hospitality
Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism
Create an exceptional first impression from the first phone call through checkout
Build lasting patient relationships through outstanding communication
Respond quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email
Ensure every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for
Schedule Ownership & Flow
Maximize doctor and hygiene schedules
Proactively fill openings and reduce downtime
Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations
Ensure efficient daily patient flow
Treatment Coordination
Present treatment recommendations confidently (training provided)
Help patients understand the value of their care
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Track treatment opportunities using Excel
Collaborate with the clinical team to improve case acceptance
Insurance & Financial Communication
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Help patients understand their out-of-network benefits
Clearly explain financial options with empathy and confidence

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, healthcare, or dental
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
Strong communication skills
2 years Dentrix experience (Required)
Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar programs is helpful
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
7:50 AM–5:00 PM
Every other Friday for administrative work or patient care
One-hour lunch daily
