Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform field service activities including equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration.
-Work with patients on how to work equipment post op surgery
-Scheduling patients for cold therapy units
- Use mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in equipment repairs.
- Collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) representatives for technical support and parts ordering.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
-Order Bracing/supplies. Keeping Inventory of DME supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or field service position is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various hand tools for equipment repairs.
- Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
