EDDA/Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / EDDA to join our growing, patient-centered dental team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled assistant who takes pride in excellent dentistry, teamwork, and creating a calm, supportive experience for patients.

What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist chairside with restorative, surgical, and general dentistry procedures
Anticipate provider needs and help keep procedures efficient and stress-free
Prepare and break down treatment rooms with attention to detail and infection control
Take high-quality dental radiographs and impressions
Educate patients on procedures, home care, and post-op instructions
Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized
Help manage clinical supplies and keep rooms fully stocked
Be an active, trusted part of a collaborative dental team
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience required (EDDA strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
X-ray certification (required)
Strong communication skills with patients and teammates
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Experience with OpenDental is a plus (but not required)
