Emergency Dentist of Tucson - New location, Opening in 30 days
Are you a skilled and confident dentist looking to maximize your income in just 1-3 days a week? Join our fast-paced, modern emergency dental practice in Tucson, AZ, where you'll have the autonomy, tools, and support to do what you do best — dentistry.
We are a fee-for-service, high-demand emergency office that treats patients who are in need another skilled provider. If you thrive under pressure, are fast on your feet, and want to make a meaningful difference (with excellent compensation), this is your perfect Friday, Saturday or Sunday role.
Position Details:
Day: Friday 1-8PM, Saturday and/or Sunday 8AM-8PM
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Compensation:
Daily guarantee or percentage of collections — whichever is higher
Typical daily pay range: $2,000–$5,000/day
No insurance. No production pressure. Just great dentistry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage up to 4-5 chairs simultaneously (with an experienced clinical team)
Provide emergency-focused care, including:
Molar root canals and pulpectomies
Surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth
Bone grafting post-extraction, when indicated
Crowns, Bridges, Chipped/Broken teeth
Same-day diagnostics, pain relief, and limited restoratives

Ideal Candidate:
2–4+ years clinical experience preferred
Proficient and confident in:
Molar endodontics and pulpotomies are required
Wisdom tooth extractions are required
Surgical extractions with bone grafting
Able to manage up to 5 chairs efficiently
Arizona dental license in good standing
Oral sedation and nitrous permit strongly preferred
Fast-thinking, independent, and efficient in a high-volume setting
