Job Description
We are a busy Multi-Specialty dental practice looking for an experienced general dentist with Focus on Endodontics to join our team 1–2 days per week to handle our endodontic case load. If you love endo, are confident with molars, and enjoy taking on retreatments, we want to hear from you.
**About the Role**
- 1–2 days per week, schedule flexible
- Steady, endo case flow — no chasing patients, walk into a full schedule
- Mix of anterior, premolar, and molar cases, with regular retreatment opportunities
- Full clinical autonomy on your cases
- Supportive, trained assistants who know endo workflow
**Compensation**
- Daily guarantee + percentage of production on 1099
**Equipment**
- Rotary/reciprocating endodontic system
- Apex locator
- Digital radiography
**What We're Looking For**
- Active California dental license in good standing
- Significant experience with molar endodontics be able to perform 10-12 RCT per day
- Comfortable performing endodontic retreatments
- Minimum [2] years of endo-focused clinical experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR with strong endo training
- Strong case selection judgment — knows when to treat and when to refer
- Professional, patient-focused, and collaborative with our team
**Bonus Points**
- Advanced endo CE (Real World Endo, Endo Mastery, Pacific Endodontic, etc.)
- FAGD or MAGD credentials
