Endodontic Associate-to-Ownership Opportunity – San Diego, CA
An established and busy endodontic practice in East County San Diego is seeking a personable, skilled endodontist to join our team.
The position will begin part-time with the transition to full-time . This is an especially unique opportunity for an endodontist who may also be interested in practice ownership, as the current owner is planning to transition the practice within approximately the next year.
The practice is well established with a strong referral base, experienced team, excellent reputation in the community, and a consistent patient flow. The incoming doctor will have the opportunity to become familiar with the practice, staff, referring offices, and patients prior to a potential ownership transition.
We are looking for someone who is:
Board eligible or board certified in Endodontics
Clinically skilled and patient-centered
Professional and comfortable building relationships with referring dentists
Interested in growing from part-time to full-time
Ideally interested in future practice ownership
This could be an excellent opportunity for an endodontist looking to establish themselves in the San Diego area without having to build a practice from the ground up.
Associate candidates are welcome regardless of immediate interest in purchasing the practice. For the right candidate, however, there is a clear opportunity to discuss a transition to ownership.
