Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and quality driven full-time Endodontist to join our team!
We are looking to hire a single endodontist that will take advantage of a built-in referral network and is eager to make this incredible practice opportunity their own; with complete clinical autonomy and flexibility in how daily operations are handled.
The office was recently remodeled to include state-of-the-art equipment including a J-Morita CBCT, ASI carts (built-in handpieces, ultrasonics, stropko, and Root ZX), new ceiling-mounted Global microscopes, electric handpieces, and Calamus Dual obturation system. We use a cloud based EHR for easy access to patient charts from anywhere.

Job Responsibilities
Develop positive relationships with staff members and operational staff
Uphold our Core Values.
Develop positive relationships with every single patient at every visit
Display long-term commitment toward incremental growth and improvement
Add value to services given
Meet needs in advance
Build quality relationships with referring doctors and maintain rapport with referring staff
Expand knowledge by researching and reading new materials with a growth mindset
Attend outside events and meetings, i.e., continuing education
Technologies used in the office:
J – Morita CBCT imaging device
Ceiling-mounted Global microscopes
ASI carts (built-in handpieces, ultrasonics, stropko, and Root ZX)
Calamus Dual obturation system
Skills and Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Completed an Endodontic Residency from an accredited postgraduate Endodontic program
Board Certified or Board-Eligible
License to practice in Nevada (*Prior to work start date)
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Prefer 2+ years as an Endodontist Associate. Will consider recent graduates from an accredited postgraduate Endodontic program with at least 2 years prior general dentistry experience.
