Endodontist – Part-Time, Flexible Days | Willow Glen, San Jose

We're looking for an endodontist who shares that commitment and wants to do excellent specialty work without the overhead, marketing, or administrative burden of running a practice.
The opportunity
We're a large, established multi-specialty practice with 11–12 providers working daily, including an in-house surgeon and periodontist. Right now we refer out a significant amount of endodontic treatment, and we want to bring that care in-house with the right specialist. You'll receive steady internal referrals from our general dentists and treat patients who already trust our practice.
Schedule: Start at [2–3] days per month on days that work for you. There's a clear path to more days if desired.
Case flow: Over 20 cases a month referred out currently. Your days will be pre-booked before you arrive.
Scope: Primary RCTs, retreatments, and emergency consults; surgical endo optional.
Support: A dedicated assistant on your days. Our front office team handles scheduling, insurance verification, and patient financial arrangements.
Clinical autonomy: You make the diagnosis and treatment decisions in your specialty. Our GPs will collaborate with you, not second-guess you.
Technology & facility
Surgical microscope
CBCT
Rotary/reciprocating systems, apex locator, warm vertical obturation
Dentrix, with digital radiography and digital workflow (in-house 3D printing and design)
A large modern 16-operatory office with state-of-the-art equipment, a spacious staff area, an outdoor patio, and an on-site gym
Compensation
Percentage of adjusted production
Expected earnings: $4,000+ per day depending on case mix
Qualifications
DDS/DMD with a certificate in Endodontics from a CODA-accredited program
Active California dental license
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered chairside manner
Pay: From $3,000.00 per day
