We are an established, growing Periodontal group with three thriving locations across Central Virginia. Our practices are built on exceptional clinical care, outstanding patient experiences, and trusted relationships with hundreds of referring dentists.

We're now launching the next phase of our growth by adding Endodontics.

This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape what will become a comprehensive specialty dental group.

You'll spend your time practicing dentistry—not worrying about building infrastructure from scratch.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a personable, relationship-focused Endodontist to begin 1–2 days per week, with significant opportunity to grow into a larger role as patient demand increases.

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive nonsurgical and surgical endodontic treatment
Utilize advanced CBCT imaging and modern technology
Collaborate closely with our periodontal specialists
Build lasting relationships with referring dentists
Deliver an exceptional patient experience
