Are you an Endodontist looking for a busy, established practice where you can focus on patient care without having to build your own referral network?
We are a well-established, 19-operatory multi-doctor practice with seven general dentists, 10 hygienists, and an extensive existing patient base. Our size and patient volume create an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist to step into a strong internal referral network and a well-supported specialty environment.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an Endodontist who is clinically excellent, patient-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively with other doctors.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency
California dental license or eligibility for California licensure
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Focus on Endodontics — We’ll Handle the Rest
Our doctors, patients, team, technology, and infrastructure are already in place. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on providing exceptional endodontic care while our experienced team handles the administrative side of the practice.
We are open to discussing part-time or full-time schedules and are interested in developing a long-term relationship with the right Endodontist.
Compensation: Highly competitive compensation package based on experience, schedule, and overall position structure.
Schedule: Flexible; part-time or full-time opportunities available.
