We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Endodontist to join our team.

The Role
You will perform diagnostic evaluations — including clinical examinations and radiographic interpretation — and provide a full range of non-surgical endodontic treatments with an emphasis on precision, patient comfort, and clear communication. You will work closely with our general dentists, hygienists, and support staff to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans, ensure thorough documentation, and maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Schedule
Flexible part-time schedule — alternating weeks, with availability on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. Start times are negotiable based on mutual availability.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD with a completed Endodontics residency (Certificate or MS)
Active, unrestricted Virginia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
Proficiency with digital radiography; CBCT and rotary instrumentation experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, family-oriented practice environment
Commitment to continuing education and the highest ethical and clinical standards
Must carry independent malpractice insurance
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
