We are a fun, busy pediatric dental office looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team! We’re searching for someone with a bubbly, friendly personality who enjoys working with children and can confidently communicate with parents about dental treatment.

Responsibilities include:
Scheduling new patients
Checking patients in and out
Verifying dental insurance
Answering phones
Managing schedules and other administrative tasks
Willingness to be cross-trained in all front desk duties

REQUIRED Qualifications:
At least 1 year of dental office experience
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, dental software)
Dentrix experience is a plus
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to handle patient questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism
What We Offer:
$500 sign-on bonus
Full-time position (4–5 days per week)
Office hours: Monday–Friday
No weekends
