The Smile Suite is a general dentistry practice located in downtown Silver Spring. We are professional and our goal is to create a great team interested in providing EXCELLENT Patient Care. Entry level hourly pay is $15.50. No experience is required as we will train the right candidate.

*Job Summary*
We are currently seeking a part time dental office receptionist trainee to join our dental office team. The hours will be Monday through Friday 9am- 2pm. The ideal candidate will be trained to assist the office manager.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients, assist them with intake forms, and help answer general questions
- Manage the daily calendar by confriming appointments, scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls, route messages to the appropriate staff, and confirm upcoming appointments
- Help with general administrative duties like scanning, faxing, and maintaining front desk and reception area
*Qualifications*
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
