Position Overview
Are you a recent dental assisting graduate ready to start your career? We’re looking for a motivated, positive, and eager-to-learn Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who wants more than just a job—you want a career.
No extensive experience? No problem. We provide paid training and hands-on mentorship to help you build confidence and master your skills. If you’re driven and committed, there’s a clear path to grow into a Lead RDA position.

What You’ll Learn & Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures (we will train you!)
Learn to fabricate temps, pack cord, and assist in surgical procedures
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Prepare and maintain instruments, rooms, and equipment
Record patient histories, vitals, and treatment notes
Provide post-op instructions and patient education
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Get hands-on experience with modern tech (CBCT, scanners, 3D printing, etc.)
Help with social media content
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate of a dental assisting program (or new RDA)
RDA license (or in process)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn
Punctual and reliable
Team-oriented with great communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
