My Orthodontist is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing orthodontic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level dental assistant looking to build a long-term career in orthodontics. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take patient photographs, impressions, digital scans, and radiographs (as permitted by license)
Educate patients on braces, aligners, retainers, and oral hygiene
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Support front office and clinical operations as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain office efficiency
QualificationsRequired:
Active New Jersey Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Orthodontic experience (not required)
Experience with digital scanning technology
