What We're Looking For
Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Current certification to administer local anesthesia
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to excellence
Exceptional communication and patient education skills
Warm, friendly, and compassionate chairside manner
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
Administer local anesthesia as needed
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Assist in identifying and documenting treatment needs
Support doctors and team members in delivering exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance standards
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered office culture
