We’re looking for a motivated, upbeat, and dependable Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our practice in a role that goes beyond chairside assisting. Full-time position with an awesome rotating schedule:
Week 1: Monday–Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday–Friday→ That means every other weekend is a 4-day weekend!

In addition to expanded function and clinical responsibilities, this role includes leadership and operational duties that will continue to evolve as the practice grows.
Clinical Responsibilities
Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures
Perform expanded function duties in accordance with state regulations
Take digital radiographs and impressions
Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside care
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Accurately chart treatment and update patient records
Leadership & Growth Responsibilities
Help coach, train, and support dental assistants
Assist in creating efficient clinical workflows and systems
Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Manage and monitor dental and clinical supply ordering/inventory
Help maintain an organized, fully stocked clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership mindset with a collaborative attitude
Someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys helping others succeed
Positive energy and a great sense of teamwork
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
