Job Description
Owens Dentistry is seeking enthusiastic members to join our team of expanded function dental assistants. Salary is $25-$30+ to start, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting the dentist during procedures
· Maintaining/updating patient’s charts and health history
· Restorative functions under the supervision of the dentist
· Dental Impressions
· Temporary Restorations
· Coronal polishing
· Radiographs; including CBCT
· Sealants
· Patient Care
· Instrument Sterilization
· Dexis and Eaglesoft Experience
· Ability to multi-task, communicate with patients and work well in a fast-paced environment
· Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards for dental care, including the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry’s regulations.
Certifications:
EFDA
Dental Radiology Certification
CPR/BLS Certification
