Job Description
Dove Dental Group is looking for an experienced EFDA to join our growing team!
We are a patient-focused dental office that takes pride in providing excellent dentistry while creating a fun, friendly, and caring environment for both our patients and our team. Our patients consistently tell us how much they appreciate our kind and compassionate staff—and we want someone who shares those same values.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has EFDA experience and takes pride in their clinical skills
Is dependable, organized, and a strong team player
Communicates well with doctors, coworkers, and patients
Provides compassionate, patient-centered care
Is confident, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
Enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented dental office
Responsibilities include:
Chairside assisting and expanded-function duties
Assisting with restorative and general dentistry procedures
Patient preparation and post-treatment instructions
Maintaining excellent infection control and sterilization standards
Keeping treatment rooms organized and ready
Supporting the doctor and dental team throughout the day
