Part-Time EFDA Dental Assistant Instructor
We’re looking for an energetic, fun, and knowledgeable Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Instructor to join our growing training team.

Position Details
Part-Time
Location: West Palm Beach
8–16 hours per week
1–2 days per week
Weekend availability preferred
Evening availability is a plus
Pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience
Responsibilities
Teach hands-on dental assisting skills
Demonstrate dental procedures and techniques
Help students become confident and job-ready
Create a fun, engaging, and encouraging classroom environment
Mentor and motivate students throughout training
Evaluate student performance and professionalism
Requirements
Must have Expanded Functions Dental Assisting (EFDA) certification
Must have Radiology/X-Ray certification
Dental assisting experience required (3+ years)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Friendly, dependable, and professional
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
