Job Description

Practice Name: Westerville Parkway Dental.

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon–Thurs, 32–36 hours/week).

Pay Rate: $40.00 – $43.00 per hour.

About the Role:

Westerville Parkway Dental is looking for a skilled, energetic, and dedicated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit dental team!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality restorative placement and standard EFDA duties.

Utilize iTero digital scanning for impressions and case setups.

Perform Invisalign attachment bonding efficiently and accurately.

Navigate and document clinical notes within Open Dental software.

Assist the doctor with procedures while keeping patients comfortable and informed.

Maintain clinical compliance, sterilization procedures, and room turnaround.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an active EFDA.

Licensure & Certifications:

Active Ohio EFDA License.

Active Ohio Dental Radiographer License.

Active CPR / BLS Certification.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with iTero scanning, Invisalign attachment bonding, and Open Dental software is required.

Soft Skills: Great communication, reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused.

Schedule & Pay:

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 32 to 36 hours per week (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!).

Pay: $40.00 – $43.00 / hour (commensurate with experience).
