Associate Dentist – Full-Time or Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our practice on a full-time or part-time basis.
We offer a busy, established patient base and consistently productive schedule, with the opportunity to earn $900–$1,200+ per day.
Position Highlights
35% of production minus 30% of lab fees
Current restorative associate averages $3,000/day in production, earning approximately $1,000/day
Fully booked schedule with strong patient flow
Collaborative environment with 2+ dentists
Opportunity to perform a wide range of comprehensive and advanced dentistry
Privately owned practice with a strong emphasis on patient experience and clinical excellence
Supportive clinical and administrative team
Ideal Candidate
Experienced general dentist with a strong clinical foundation
Comfortable independently diagnosing and treatment planning
Motivated, dependable, and committed to ethical and quality dentistry
Interested in clinical growth
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania dental license
Active or eligible DEA license
